The name RAIS evokes the figure of the tuna fishing chief, a symbol of leadership, tradition, and connection to the sea. It is precisely from this deep bond with our land and its roots that our restaurant was born: a place where Sicilian cuisine is renewed every day with lightness, creativity, and respect for the seasonality of ingredients.
